
Happy and Healthy Breasts
Dry brushing with specific botanical oils followed by breast massage is a simple daily ritual to keep our breasts healthy. Specific plant extracts, oils and essential oils - such as grapefruit, cypress, yarrow and laurel - promise in preventing or reversing imbalances that accumulate in adipose and lymph tissue.
How to use:
1. Each morning dry brush your chest. It only takes a minute or two. Put a drop of Verve Tonic on your palm and coat the bristles of the dry brush with it. Very gently and lightly, brush the skin on your abdomen, chest and arm pits in the direction of your heart.
2. Breast massage may be performed at any point in the menstrual cycle depending on your comfort.
Our breast tissue extends from the breastbone in the center of the chest to the underarms, and from below the collarbone down to the sixth or seventh rib.
Pour a small amount of Breast Massage Oil on each palm and place your hands under the breasts. Massage inward and upward in a circular motion, slowly covering the entire chest. Use this time to become familiar with how your breasts feel.
